Over 25+ years, I have led advanced-technology ventures through their critical growth phases — across micro-electronics, sensing and surveillance, robotics, 3D printing, automotive, and now heavy industry and autonomous mining. My focus has consistently been on turning innovative technologies into commercially viable products. I have a proven track record in building high-performing teams, securing funding, establishing strategic partnerships, setting up production sites, and organising supply chains in Asia and Europe. What drives me is the work at the intersection of bold engineering and real industrial impact — particularly the energy transition in heavy industry, where the next generation of electric and autonomous machines will reshape how things actually get built and moved.
