I am the Country Manager Germany and VP Central Europe at Google, leading Google's business and operations in a region that covers a broad range of exciting countries and markets. Before joining Google, I was the CEO of Zanox (today: AWin), the leading European affiliate marketing network that connects digital advertisers and publishers. Previously, over the course of a decade, I held a number of executive roles at eBay and PayPal, including as MD Germany, SVP Europe, SVP US Auctions, and SVP Global Markets. I am passionate about AI and technology as drivers of growth and opportunity for our customers, partners, and societies at large. I'm also a proud alumnus of the Kellogg School of Management and the WHU School of Management.

As CEO, helped to more than 2x the business in 3 years, expanded Zanox across Europe through organic growth and acquisitions and managed the successful transition from founders to new leadership team after trade sale to Axel Springer and PubliGroupe.
Led PayPal’s business teams in 18 countries across North America, Europe and APAC.
General Manager for eBay’s core marketplace business in the US (eBay.com), including category management, product management for buyer/seller experience, search/finding strategy, business analytics, market/user research and pricing.
