I am a dispute resolution lawyer. I appear before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Punjab & Haryana High Court, the Kerala High Court, the NCDRC, and courts and tribunals across the country, on behalf of clients for whom the outcome of litigation is consequential. I am enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and am the Founder of Harold & Co., a boutique law firm specialising in Dispute Resolution, Litigation, and Arbitration. Practice Foundation Since 2019, I have been associated with the Chambers of Dr. Amit George, where I have worked on a wide range of complex commercial, constitutional, and arbitration matters. I am an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune (B.A. LLB (Hons.) , 2014–2019). Construction Arbitration I have appeared in high-value, technically complex construction arbitrations for leading infrastructure and engineering companies including Tata Projects Limited, Cemindia Projects Limited, NCC Ltd. and Kalpataru Power India Limited (KPIL), etc. Consumer Law & Medical Negligence I have extensive experience in consumer litigation before the NCDRC, with a particular focus on medical negligence disputes. I have regularly represented professional bodies including the Indian Medical Association (IMA) and the Indian Dental Association (IDA), and have contributed to significant questions of law before the Supreme Court concerning the rights of medical professionals in pending consumer proceedings. Constitutional & Public Law My constitutional practice spans a range of significant matters: — Legal issues at the intersection of the Kerala Joint Hindu Family System (Abolition) Act, 1975 and the Hindu Succession (Amendment) Act, 2005, concerning women’s equal succession rights in Kerala; — Litigation arising from the Malankara Church property disputes between the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church and the Jacobite Syrian Christian Church; — Public interest litigation before the Supreme Court examining the constitutional right of Muslims to execute wills, engaging constitutional law, the Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act, 1937, and classical Quranic jurisprudence; — PIL before the Delhi High Court seeking regulatory and national security reforms in India’s drone sector.

Practiced in Civil and Commercial Litigation before the Supreme Court of India, and other legal fora. My practice includes Arbitration on Construction Contracts against various government entities including NHAI. Appeared as junior counsel in various cases resulting in over 28 reported judgements in diverse areas of civil and commercial law. Drafted a variety of written pleadings for Courts and Arbitral Tribunals, prepared witness kits, conducted witness interviews and formulated case Strategies.
Drafted Mobile Application Development Agreement and various Applications, Petitions, Legal Notices etc. Attended various Arbitration Proceedings and took extensive notes for submitting written arguments.
