• Assume key leadership role in the execution of company’s IPO process. – Participate in financial advisor selection, fee negotiation, planning company new structure. • Responsible for the successful execution of high value investment deals. – 200milion USD M&A deal from Guangdong Guangken Rubber Group (GKR) in 2016. – 10million SGD Pre-IPO investment from UOB Venture in 2011. • Negotiate loan facilities terms with various banks for the purpose of business expansion. – Consolidate small banks facilities and increase total credit line from Bt9billion to Bt23billion. • Manage and control currency risk exposure (Turnover increase from 700million to 1billion USD). • Oversea daily operations of 70 F&A staffs and manage strategic capital funding.
• Cover property developer and industrial estate.
