Established Kojable’s LLM governance framework across model selection, token-budget controls, provider routing, customer-data handling, data-sharing rules and model-training safeguards, balancing cost, performance, privacy and enterprise trust. Led commercial strategy across ICP selection, pricing, audit-led acquisition, managed-service packaging, agency partner planning and grant/accelerator readiness; converted early customers in the first month following launch across Ireland, the US, the UK and India.
Founded an AI-powered travel experience platform combining treasure hunts, AI-generated audio tours, GPS journaling and partner payout infrastructure.
