About

Investor, board member, senior technology and product executive with long‑term responsibility for building, scaling, and operating global enterprise SaaS & agentic platforms through sustained growth and fundamental technology transitions. Since Adobe’s acquisition of Day Software, I have led Adobe Experience Manager through multiple generational shifts — from on‑premise software to cloud‑native, multi‑tenant SaaS, from annual releases to continuous delivery, and from content management toward intelligent, outcome‑driven and increasingly agentic experience systems. Over this period, the business delivered strong, sustained double‑digit growth, driven by deliberate strategic direction and multi‑year architectural execution rather than incremental optimization. My leadership spans strategy, execution, and scale: setting direction early, working through years of technical risk, customer migration, organizational change, and market disruption, and landing durable results in both technology and business performance. I have consistently led organizations where VPs and Senior Directors report to me, with attracting, developing, and retaining exceptional engineering leadership as a first‑order priority. Beyond organic growth, I have played senior leadership roles in multiple acquisitions and integrations, including Semrush, Workfront, Adobe Commerce, Adobe Campaign, Dynamic Media (Scene7), AEM Forms (Accelio), Adobe DPS / AEM Mobile, and Adobe Social (Livefyre). Some of these businesses scaled significantly; others required consolidation, platform convergence, or geographic and organizational change based on evolving market dynamics, enterprise customer needs, and long‑term strategy. Experienced in leading teams through hard transitions — where product scope, customer commitments, technology foundations, and global team footprints must change at the same time — while maintaining enterprise‑grade reliability, customer trust, and growth. In parallel to my executive role, I am active as an investor, board member, and advisor in early‑stage technology companies. I regularly serve on venture and innovation jury and selection panels, helping decide which companies receive funding based on growth potential, technology depth, execution capability, and long‑term market fit. I bring an operator’s mindset to investing and governance — informed by decades of building, scaling, integrating, and, where necessary, simplifying platforms in response to real market and technology dynamics.
