Teaching several courses to first and second year International students in the 3- and 4 year IB Bachelor program. Including Organizational Theory, International Marketing, Market Research and a Business Simulation Game. Guiding students as a project coach in a Business Simulation Game, Business Consultancy, Market Entry Strategy and the International Business Plan where students develop their own business idea. Following a course on didactics, Basiskwalificatie Didactische Bekwaamheid (BDB), to enhance my skills as a lecturer.
Responsible for the performance, KPIs and P&L of the store. Managing a team of 8 people with different roles. Evaluating weekly performance and adjusting/improving on a daily basis to reach sales targets. Coaching/training people to enhance their performance.
Evaluation/analysis of a sales concept and guidelines for employee behaviour.
