Architect with a strong technical focus on Scan-to-BIM workflows. I specialize in transforming raw laser scan data (point clouds) into precise, well-structured, and parametric models. 🛠️ Core Capabilities: Point Cloud Conversion: Modeling accurate architectural and structural elements directly from laser scan data. LOD Compliance: Delivering models from LOD 200 up to LOD 400, strictly following project specifications. Tolerance Management: Handling real-world geometric deviations and complex as-built conditions. Data Organization: Ensuring clean Revit templates, proper phasing, and correct family categorization. 💼 Open to Collaborations: Surveying & Geodesy Firms: Acting as a remote modeling extension to help clear your point cloud processing backlog. AEC Companies : B2B subcontracting for heritage, renovation, or industrial as-built modeling projects. Providing specialized architectural services and B2B subcontracting solutions with a heavy focus on Scan-to-BIM and HBIM workflows. We help architecture studios, AEC companies, and surveying firms transform complex laser scan data into precise, structured, and regulatory-compliant parametric models (LOD 200–400).
After I deepened from a technical point of view how to create BIM models, I had the opportunity to take care of the entire management process. Where I managed budgets when the scans were done in the field, the particularities of each client, delivery deadlines, and quality control.
After a period when I worked in architectural design, I wanted to try something new, BIM technology was starting to appear in my country, and I wanted to try it. In this job, I had the opportunity to go deeper into what BIM means. At this job, I made BIM models based on the point-cloud and architectural drawings.
I made architectural projects, architectural drawings, and the necessary documentation. In addition to these, I also did 3D modeling and post-editing in Photoshop.
The second time I worked at Bojdeuca Studio was because they needed help with graphics on their website, in particular, the graphics of the project presentation boards. I mostly took care of modeling 3d, radars, and post-editing at the presentation level.
