The company was a language school based in Freiburg founded in 1972 that belonged to the world wide network of Interational House. Our products were high quality german classes for the global market. Among our clients were managers and employee of big companies (UBS, Seat, Lamborghini, ...) and diplomats. I started as product manager and key accounting. After 5 months I was in charge for the marketing management. Besides classic sales processes, I led the relaunch of the brand (new corporate identity, website and booking system, social networks strategies, new products' catalogues) and the architectural restyling. The Customer Experience Management was my key approach: the client is the best sales agent. I built a cooperations network with several complementary businesses in the region. I introduced data based strategic controlling combining sales and online analytics. The company was first acquired by the swiss ESL (now Alpadia) and recently by Kaplan Inc.
