More than 25 years of experience in the advertising industry, created a successful career in Client Services and Account Management, advancing to senior executive roles. Pursued a deeper search for meaning, leading to extensive research and training in human consciousness, mindset and awakening-oriented methodologies both in Türkiye and internationally. In 2016 began formal studies and practice in Mind and Breathwork training, making a pivotal shift in her professional path. Authored debut book Seyir in 2019, which has reached over 410 editions, and subsequently founded the DephinPiraye Transformation Academy. In 2020, became a certified Human Design Analyst and Educator through The International Human Design School (IHDS), integrating Human Design with mind and breathwork practices to support individuals in living in alignment with their unique design and thus improve their efficiency in all areas of life. In 2024 published second novel, Can Borcu, which has reached already over 56 editions. Utilizing her extensive corporate background, also developed the propriety corporate training program “Working with a Free Mind” and continues to design and deliver customized mind and breath-based transformation programs for organizations, tailored to their specific needs.

Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients, individual participants, partners and stakeholders, representing the academy’s values and transformational philosophy. Leading program development end to end, including budgeting, quality assurance and performance measurement through clearly defined KPIs. Fostering a collaborative, human-centered culture by motivating teams, guiding facilitators and ensuring the academy operated with strong ethical standards and professional integrity.
