      I first started working at Finders Seekers in tech employer branding as a "growth EB specialist" helping organizations to attract and keep the best talent they need now and in the future. My work consisted of employer branding consulting and coaching customers - and the market itself. My strong marketing background is much needed as organizations don't just automatically attract the best talent: marketing and branding are as crucial to employees as it is to customers. In 2019 – and more so in the future – bridges need to be built between HR, recruiting and marketing: how to reach the right talent at the right time with the right messages. Long-term employer branding work increases the amount of inbound and referral recruits thus decreasing cost and time per hire. In my work, I did a lot of growth marketing, too.
