Position Summary & Objectives: Maintenance and servicing of e-scooters to maximize the unit economy. Main Responsibilities: (including but not limited to) ● Organizing work in the warehouse/ manages the team of mechanics ● Managing team of mechanics by organizing and delegating different tasks between the team ● Controlling in and outflow of scooters in the warehouse (also responsible for the creation of deployment flow and collection flow) ● Responsible for inventory of spare parts, daily usage and forecast future needs ● Ensure highest possible repair quality ● Ensure that warehouse is compliant with best practice processes. Servicing and maintenance of e-scooters: ● Repair scooters along with other mechanics to maintain the highest level of quality ● Perform general repair work and check-ups along with other mechanics ● Test scooters before releasing them ● Inspect scooters in use and identify problems with parts ● Diagnose and service scooters for safety and reliability ● Comply with Fire Department and company safety policies
I run one of the Doktor Mobil division, handle customers and respond for inquiries by phone and email, repair mobile phones an PCs, setup and manage company stock and ticket system, track inventory and create order list, teach new employees, component level iPhone motherboard repair, introduce new tools and solutions in company.
