I am an experienced legal counsel, focused on competition law, corporate and commercial (covering transactions, brown- and greenfield projects), with experience in an international setting (mainly Oil&Gas). Since 2005 my professional experience has been chiefly stretched between competition (antitrust) law, and corporate/commercial matters. As both out- and in-house counsel, I garnered high-stake expertise in competition law in its both contentious and non-contentious dimensions (M&A notifications, abuse of dominant position, anti-competitive agreements, leniency filings, compliance&training programs, pricing schemes, and distribution formulas, proceedings before NCA, EC, courts), as well as corporate/commercial experience (M&A, restructuring, international trade, investment projects). I also have expertise in international sanctions, KYC, FDI screening, unfair competition, consumer law, general product safety, and REACH (product recalls, conformity assessment system). Previously, I was also a national correspondent for Concurrences.com (Institute of Competition Law/ Institute de Droit de la concurrence) (2007-2011), and a blogger at Antitrust.pl (2009-2014).
