Oversee end-to-end testing processes to ensure reliable and high-quality product delivery Lead and mentor QA teams, managing two testing teams while supporting growth, collaboration, and ownership Develop and implement testing strategies aligned with business and project goals Drive automation and performance testing initiatives to improve efficiency and quality Monitor quality metrics and communicate progress, risks, and delivery readiness Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying issues, improve product quality, and reduce recurring defects across systems and processes Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and testing tools Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams across engineering and business areas Ensure compliance, security, and quality standards are consistently maintained
Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent functionality, usability, and user experience across modern browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices Conduct performance testing for web applications to identify bottlenecks, improve stability, and support reliable application performance under different traffic and load conditions Develop, maintain, and improve automated web test scripts to increase test coverage, support regression testing, and enhance delivery efficiency within CI/CD pipelines Identify, analyze, and report web-specific defects with clear reproduction steps, impact assessment, and detailed communication to support efficient resolution processes Test API integrations between services and external systems, validating data flow, response accuracy, error handling, and overall integration reliability Contribute to test planning activities by defining test scope, identifying risks, preparing test scenarios, and aligning testing activities with project timelines and business requirements Ensure web security basics are covered during testing by validating authentication, authorization, session handling, sensitive data protection, and common web security practices
