- managing of a group of Designers, - participation in international project teams, - optimisation, unification, standardisation of existing design solutions, - carrying out activities aimed at improving quality, costs related to the construction of products, - design and modelling of new parts and products, - execution of calculations, drawings and diagrams - performing analyses and structural assemblies using 2D and 3D programs - preparing and updating design documentation
- design of new structures, - modification of existing structures, - preparation of design concepts, - designing in 2D and 3D, - implementation of new projects and construtions, - preparing a cost analysis, - making a calculations, drawings and analysis, - daily contact with technical support, productions and engineering departmens.
- supervising of group of specialists, - monitoring of production indicators, - contol of incoming orders, - preparing of BOMs and routes for gauges, - supervising of key projects in production preparation, - support for production departments, - daily contact with managers and engineering departments, - preparing of model codes in ERP system.
- Maintain appropriate paperwork for technological documentation and time reporting., - Preparation of technological documentation (technical cards, final inspection cards etc.) - Design of the instruments (2D/ 3D) - Desing of technical drawings (2D/ 3D) - Calculation of machining times, - Selection of tools and machining parameters, - Support the production department in the current problems.
