I am an experienced architect with over 18 years of expertise in designing and delivering projects for the retail, food & beverage industry. I worked for top global brands in retail, commercial banking and food & beverage projects ranging throughout all stages of design and delivery of buildings - from feasibility studies all the way to completion on site. Collaborating with my clients, I strive to understand their needs and business goals to design spaces that serve their interests and help them achieve success. In my projects, I pay special attention to ergonomics, lighting, and acoustics to ensure maximum comfort and efficiency for users. As an architect specializing in the retail and food & beverage industry, I am aware of how important it is for these spaces to be people-friendly and appealing. I leverage my knowledge of current trends and emerging technologies to design innovative spaces that meet the needs of my clients and users.
- Designing and managing residential and small-scale commercial architecture projects from concept to construction, - Direct client consultation and project planning and development with a focus on functional, sustainable, and contemporary solutions, - Coordination with engineers, consultants, and contractors, - Preparation of building permit applications, execution drawings, and tender documents (LPH 1–8, HOAI), - On-site supervision and quality control.
I am collaborating with “Local Architect’s” Offices to help them to deliver Projects of decent quality, on time and within the budget.
