I have over 15 years of experience providing comprehensive support across a broad spectrum of business areas, including corporate matters, commercial contracts, compliance, regulatory issues, HR-related matters, and day-to-day operational support. My practice also covers legal aspects of technology, IT systems, and AI-related projects, supporting business decision-making and risk management in technology-influenced environments. In addition, I have extensive experience in complex M&A transactions, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, negotiations, and post-closing matters, across a wide range of financing structures.
Holding end-to-end accountability for the legal function of a publicly listed IT company. Responsibilities encompass i.a. capital markets, corporate governance, technology and commercial contracts, IT law, HR matters and compliance. I cooperate directly with the Management Board and all internal departments, coordinate external legal advisors, and support the organization in managing regulatory and operational risk.
