• Leading EU engineering team that is responsible for new projects introduction ( NPI ) and process efficiency improvement ( Cost & Quality ) in the following technologies: - Metal stamping, bending, clinching and welding - Enameling - Parts bonding - Assembly - Programming, end of line testing - Packaging
• Leading global engineering team of 15 engineers located in 4 regions and 5 countries from engineer level to lead engineering manager • Manage and maintain development laboratories in EMEA, NAR, LAR and ASIA. • Collaborate with global teams: architecture, planning, engineering, marketing to scope future projects • Manage technical risks and taking tradeoffs decisions that allows to deliver new grow & innovation projects on time, in cost and quality • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, dependencies, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports based on project scope and objectives • Manage employee’s careers development including mentorship and individual objectives establishment. Accountable for long term department capabilities development in accordance with given company mission and goals ( human and capital resources ) • Recruit and hire engineering staff in different countries and regions
• Responsibilities include performacne systems end to end development process ownership for multiple and complex projects in EMEA and NAR region • Manage design tradeoffs decisions between system costs, parts design robustness, product performance, and other design attributes • Accountable for releasing 3d models and drawings in the PLM Windchill / Teamcenter • Mentoring and supervising junior engineers during parts design development process • Support development of new suppliers with global sourcing team to meet platform targets • Monitor tooling release into production and coordinate manufacturing trials - PPAP process
• Assigned to be part of new project development and on daily tasks I was responsible for conceptualizing new components through 3d/2d modeling ( in CREO 4.0 and Solid Edge software ), BOM creation and leading technical preparation of ramp up and SOP phase.
• Research for new technology solutions with different teams and engineers, support in new production equipment validation. • Support equipment modifications and specifications development to optimize process and capacity improvement.
