Cooperating with Global Management to increase market share. Actively support rail segment to achieve business targets. Develope existing and new Customers and Key Accounts. Close cooperation with service organizations to ensure appropriate rail product technical skill level. Preparing negotiation strategy for critical target opportunities. Monitoring market price levels and competitor’s strategy; Influence product portfolio to meet market requirements.
Responsibility for Factory order intake with proper financial performance. Creating, planning and implementing marketing & sales vision and strategy. Establishing and maintaining efficient Area Sales Management and Tendering Teams. Cooperating with Global Teams to set key marketing and sales targets for Local Sales Units. Evaluating existing markets and their needs. Monitoring market price levels and evaluating it with Product Management. Driving and monitoring bid/no bid decisions and risk review processes. Ensuring that the Sales Team is properly organized, skilled and can manage large opportunities. Regular monitoring of proper reporting in the Sales Force.
Driving Modular Solutions Business Development in Sales organization in Poland; Penetrating and investigating target markets to grow sales; Cooperating with factories to develop Sales of modular solutions in Poland; Leading Forecast (sales targets), tracking major activities with key accounts.
