• Assessment of time, effort and cost for new business opportunities – in terms of discovery, recruitment, transition, hyper-care and go live • Creation of solution deck for MasterData services with co-operation of internal teams – sales, IT, high end consultants • Creation and negotiation of SoW documents – in scope/out of scope, KPIs, SLA, change management process, roles and responsibilities, fees and invoicing (milestone and FTE models) • Best practices transfer and adjustment between MasterData customers • High end consultancy in GDSN area • PIM solutions (Stibo, Informatica) – implementation, consultancy and project management
Managing and controlling of delivery for operational service in MDM area: • End-to-End process mapping & defining future End-to-End process state • Creating appropriate business plans for migration and operation stabilization • Promoting and enabling improvement culture (facilitating improvements such as Six Sigma and/or Kaizens) • Building and maintaining relationship with Client • Handling and preventing Client’s complains and escalations (via ServiceNow platform and directly by mail or phone) • Daily monitoring of teams/leaders (ex. board meetings) • Mentoring/coaching/developing leaders and processes leads • Cascading/translating company targets for operational teams • Performing employee evaluation twice a year
In addition to Team Leader responsibilities: • Implementation of new services and regions to ongoing operation • Recruitment coordination across multiple teams/managers/HR department • Billing negotiation with client for next fiscal year • Supply Chain trainer – introduction to supply chain in MDM
