- managing POS and commercial print production projects for GLAXOSMITHKLINE SPAIN - daily contact in Spanish with clients (marketing department, brand managers of numerous brands from GSK portfolio), printing houses, agencies, supply chain contacts and warehouses - monitoring the projects’ budgets and quality standards, including the provision of accurate and timely quotes, negotiation prices, controlling invoices, scheduling work, advising on the most suitable and accurate production methods and most suitable suppliers, monitoring quality, identifying risk and monitoring quality - coordinating and supervising the workflow between key stakeholders - preparing financial reports and forecasts, benchmarking - daily use of Project Management platform
- conducting integrated ATL / BTL / digital projects (TVC, radio, OOH, digital, social media, POS) for two brands from the COCA-COLA COMPANY portfolio (FUZETEA, POWERADE) and PROCTER & GAMBLE (VICKS, NASIVIN) – among others: -> coordinating Powerade 2019 campaign "Power in Group" (TV/social media/digital) -> leading Fuzetea 2019 communication – 2 flights launching new flavors (TVC, OOH) - responsibility for TVC adaptations for Vicks and Nasivin brands for PL, CZ, SK, HU, GR markets – working closely with local Account and Brand Managers - cooperation with all agency departments – Strategy, Creative, Production, DTP, Client Service (also within the group's regional structures) and cross–agency activities (cooperation with media house, sampling and agencies) - assignment of tasks, setting priorities, cooperation with Strategy in creating creative briefs, briefing creative teams, verifying task completion - presenting / co–presenting creative ideas to the Client - creating schedules and cost estimates, negotiating costs, controlling costs of projects and campaigns
