Senior leader in football recruitment and operations with more than a decade of experience across the Premier League, Scottish Premiership and Ekstraklasa. My work integrates talent identification, squad building, decision-making within recruitment structures and the design of high-performance football environments. At Rangers FC, I contributed to a title-winning and European campaign period as part of the leadership group responsible for modernising the club’s scouting and recruitment structure. At Southampton FC, I spent six seasons in the Premier League era working on youth and first-team scouting across Central Europe, developing a deep market understanding and expertise in long-term player profiling. As Director of Recruitment & Football Operations at Widzew Łódź, I oversee the club’s recruitment, scouting and data agenda and provide senior co-ordination across Football Operations. I lead the scouting department, manage the Head of Data and ensure that people, information and workflows remain aligned with the game model, trading plan and long-term squad architecture. My approach is built on clarity of structure, accountable decision-making and operations that strengthen the squad, reduce risk and create sustainable sporting value.
