- Follow internal procedures and process in SUPPORT team, - Troubleshooting and administration of Customer Site System (LINUX, MySQL) - Working with developers and QA engineers - Support in technical guidance for Customers - Update and support Remote Access procedure (VPN) to customer Site Systems - Partner Management
