Collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, product, finance, and customer care to ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business goals. Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms in accordance with enterprise architecture standards. Supporting digital transformation initiatives such as system modernization, migration to cloud-based billing platforms, and process automation.
