• Responsibility for core accounting operations for group of entities • Key focal point from an Opex viewpoint and should provide US GAAP expertise and local compliance support to local and regional Management teams • Contact for finance issues resolution and coordination with process leads to ensure timely and accurate bookings • Focal point for statutory & tax compliance Vendor, cooperating with Client's Tax Team and Finance Team, • Main point of contact for the external service provided for compliance, execution and associated local filings and audits for the entities • Advisory role for Client's Senior Executive Team, building strong relationship with key stakeholders and provide support to employees population • Completion of annual tax packages • Support internal/external audit compliance on Stat/Tax • Completion of segmented P&L exercise • Periodic Balance Sheet reviews (entity level) • Accountable of the monthly report activities for all the entities under his/her responsibility • Review and submit Tax Returns for Finance Managers • Review and submit draft local statutory financial statements before submission to Client's Finance Manager for final sign off • Sharing best practice in standardization of transactional processing and effectively manage optimization and transformation projects
