I am the President & Co-Founder of a stealth fintech/AI venture focused on building an AI-native platform for fraud detection, risk intelligence, and institutional automation. I lead Product, Technology, and AI systems, combining strategy, architecture, and execution to design a modern platform built for banking, payments, and enterprise operations. My work spans LLM-driven reasoning, agentic workflows, graph-based intelligence, and secure data orchestration across multi-channel environments. Prior to this venture, I led AI transformation, product innovation, and complex engineering initiatives for enterprises across the U.S. and Europe. I bring a deep background in systems design, embedded development, workflow automation, and ML-based decision frameworks. Based in Boston and Warsaw, I collaborate with financial institutions and specialized technology partners to refine early pilots and validate high-impact use cases ahead of public launch. My focus is on building practical, defensible, enterprise-grade AI systems that address real operational challenges and deliver measurable risk reduction at scale.

As Head of AI Transformation at Freeport Metrics, I’m leading a top-down reinvention of the firm’s business model—transitioning from bespoke consulting toward scalable, productized solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). My focus is on creating repeatable IP, new vertical offerings, and long-term revenue streams that position the company for growth, investment, and strategic partnerships. Business Transformation Highlights: • Redefined company strategy to embed AI into the core of our service delivery and revenue generation, shifting toward sustainable product-led growth. • Developing vertical-specific AI solutions in compliance automation, fraud detection, financial services, and intelligent document processing—positioning these for spin-outs or investor packaging. • Built internal capacity through LLM training programs for staff, creating a future-proof organization ready to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions. • Creating a multi-tenant AI platform architecture with secure, homomorphically encrypted infrastructure—enabling us to serve regulated clients at scale. • Leading client-facing innovation labs and pilots, turning custom engagements into proof-of-concept products with market expansion potential. • Working with executives, advisors, and potential investors to shape the roadmap, pricing models, and GTM strategy for AI-driven offerings. • Established operational metrics and product KPIs to evaluate traction and value across early-stage solutions, supporting future fundraising efforts.

As a professional services manager, I directed multi-million dollar engagements for a portfolio of enterprise applications for financial crime control (FCC): Cash Transaction Reporting, Anti-Money Laundering, and payment and internal Fraud. Major clients include JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Union Bank, and Bank of Montreal and BB&T (Truist). Recruited talent from top universities and lead a team of professional services technical, business and project management consultants. Developed opportunities in the large bank sector, reaching $3M in engagements over a span of 3 years. Grew from services from 150K to $5M annual sales in the FCC sector.
Led professional services implementations deploying highly customized internal fraud monitoring systems for large banks, including MUFG and TCF banks, and integrated noninvasive network sensors to track user actions and defined user events. The enterprise monitoring systems were used for internal fraud prevention and investigations. The systems were effective in fraud monitoring and are still used today.
As a product design consultant, I worked with Legrand/Wiremold, Hologic, and other firms to explore emerging technologies and shape product strategy. I evaluated ZigBee for wireless audio, assessed wireless charging with a physicist’s eye, and designed more efficient solar energy systems—all to help clients test feasibility and guide future product development. I stayed involved through concept validation and internal pilots, but once the roadmap led to chicken coop lighting, I knew it was time for new challenges.
