Managing complex consulting programmes related to Global Business Services, mostly in Finance and Accounting area. Currently focused on the projects concentrated on shifting the traditional model of cost centres into value creating centres, through working capital improvement.
Main duties and projects: International Manufacturing Company Coordinating the analysis of feasibility of opening European F&A Shared Service Center in CEE location. Review of the processes, preparing activity split, building Target Operating Model for future organization. Performing location study for setting up the center for up to 200 FTEs. Won extension of the project for a next phase. Scandinavian Pharmaceutical Company Designing Shared Service Center for Finance and Accounting operations with 12 European countries in scope. Detailed planning of transition, leading team for 2 waves, overseeing delivery of whole project – coordination of other transition waves led by PwC Senior Consultants. Performing Due Diligence checks, training the team, managing delivery of transition, providing regular reporting to Project Team and Steering Committee. Managing both client and PwC staff. Global Hotel Chain Developing SSC/BPO strategy and creating Target Operating Model for future centralization of F&A function. Preparing feasibility study for transferring processes from client’s properties in scope and existing center to either SSC or BPO. Assessing efficiency of currently performed processes and proposing solutions for improvement. Review the possibility of clustering of five workstreams (HR, including Payroll, Sales and Marketing, Procurement, IT and Engineering) in client properties in Dubai. Assessment of processes, recommending center vs. local split, project plan preparation, proposing improvement solutions. Managing the implementation project. International Direct Selling Company Leading 15 FTEs transition wave for Finance and Accounting processes moved from Moscow, Russia to SSC in Krakow, Poland. Danish Food Company Review of Finance and Accounting and HR processes to develop KPIs meeting Risk Management requirements. Developing segregation of duties, job descriptions, conducting efficiency analysis and creating recommendations for improvements.
Main duties and projects: Customs Modernisation Program Coordination of the project team consisting six PwC individuals and six external experts, responsible for delivering recommendations for improvement of processes within five workstreams, contract negotiations, project planning, organizing the cooperation between parties, quality check of deliverables, budget creation and tracking, issues resolution, coaching of team members.
Main duties and projects: International Healthcare Company Performing process split and financial analysis for additional scope in existing shared service center, leading transition waves for Customer Service and F&A functions for 80 FTEs in total, training and supervising two transition managers. Creating financial model, proposing process split, SSC model and governance structure, building high level transition sequence and detailed project plan for transition of 600 FTEs, leading transition waves for F&A and Customer Service functions, conducting planning and preparation workshops and transition training, reviewing process maps and procedures, creating SLA/OLA and KPIs, planning and supervising ramp-up.
