Successfully implemented LEAN practices, new WMS and KAIZEN ideas within Operations to improve productivity and work processes.
Responsible for ensuring the effective working of team over the course of a shift. Delegate tasks to staff, set targets and goals to keep team on track and review performance to ensure growth.
