About

Where knowledge meets culture, connections are made. I work in international higher education, developing academic cooperation and creating opportunities to cross borders — both in the literal and the figurative sense. For many years, I have been involved in internationalisation processes as Head of the International Teaching Department and Erasmus+ Coordinator, working across the full cycle of international cooperation: from partnership development and mobility planning to supporting individuals taking their first steps into academic exchange. My professional experience combines strategic thinking with hands-on coordination and real-life problem-solving. I have prepared and implemented Erasmus+ projects, managed budgets and reporting for the National Agency, maintained day-to-day cooperation with partner universities, negotiated inter-institutional agreements, and ensured that academic collaboration — in Europe, Asia and South America — delivers meaningful results. My academic background includes an MA in American Studies and Mass Media (University of Łódź), as well as postgraduate diplomas in Psychology and European Integration (University of Warsaw) and Security and Terrorism Studies (Collegium Civitas). This interdisciplinary perspective supports my work at the intersection of education, intercultural communication and institutional cooperation. At the heart of my professional approach lies a genuine interest in people — their potential, individual paths and the ways they connect across cultures. I value people-centred communication as a foundation for trust, effective collaboration and successful international partnerships. Outside work, I recharge through movement and rhythm — in nature, swimming, cycling, skating, or on the dance floor doing Argentine tango.
