Team leader for product management & product Marketing group. Experienced in managing mobile wireless based product; and mobile solution product for Enterprise market specifically. Lead a group of product specialist for business unit of Corporate and Mobile Payment Solution. Guide product team members to manage and plan the commercial product roadmap. Identify and propose plan for high level product strategy plan for entire business units’ ecosystem and specifically detail product roadmap and strategy for Enterprise industry. During my early year of the post (for about 6 months) - Engage with third party vendor for potential partnering & strategy alliances. During the times, I have been given an opportunity to liaise with Alcatel Lucent; Aptilo & Option (the wireless device provider which based at Belgium). Successfully secured a few tenders for Maxis Mobile HSDPA Wireless dongle. Which brought in 200K revenues in total for the company On my lately year of the post (for about 9 months) – I have been changing roles to handle internal product development with below job function involved:- - Review and plan for a products roadmap; proposed a new/enhancement product business proposal which in sync with overall company direction - Proposed a product packaging & prepared for product collateral such as user manual; user guide; white paper; pricing sheet with ROI and etc - Collaborate with commercial & solution team to work out on project proposals and solutions. - Liaises with program management team & internal developer for finalizing commercial requirements & manage the delivery timeline to minimize the possible delay - Successful secured company tender for some of the Telco grade projects i.e.: Maxis white labeling deal with HSDPA modem & Shang Hai Telecom for connection manager (software)
Performing a pre-sales role, accompany sales manager in meeting with customer & provide technical consultancy & possible solution to the problem Conducted a training & presentation to a potential customers & assist sales manager to close the deal Performing a post-sales where involved in minimum on-site product deployment & configuration.
Prepared detail test script with according to a commercial requirements Perform product / project release testing & qualified shall the releases are able to meet minimum commercial requirements Provided pro-active suggestion to product/project team for improvement Assist team to improve the testing environment & testing manual which means to cut short the testing period with effective result
