- Lead technical projects with various customer platforms (gasoline and diesel applications) - Mentor junior engineers and provide technical oversight and assistance to project engineers - Proficient in Heavy duty CARB and EPA regulations - Experienced in diesel and gasoline calibration (transient cold start and base engine calibration) - Pioneered data processing tool creation and multiple test automation algorithms utilized across multiple programs - Proficient in AVL PUMA dyno system and emissions equipment - Proficient in multiple calibration software / platforms (INCA, ATI, etc) - Engage in weekly update meetings with customers and potential customers - Participate in recruiting new team members for team expansion - Engage in business development efforts (prepare SOWs, meetings with potential customers, etc)
