Role: In charge of Sales Business Development & Marketing in Asia Pacific. Leading Distribution Partnership project globally. Managing a distributed team across Asia Pacific (India, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia), marketing budget, agencies relationship and outsourced staff (developers & graphic designers). Carrying online/SMB service line revenue target for Asia Pacific. Focus: Launch of new products with E-Commerce platform for Asia Pacific. Transition of a traditional B2B sales team (Calls/Outbound) into a digital product evangelist team leveraging inbound lead & cross-channel sales models (Social selling, Thought leadership...). Aligning both digital marketing & business development team objectives. Implement sales & marketing innovations (Process Automation, Predictive Marketing, AI, AB Testing...) adapted to the evolution of the buying cycle and E-Commerce models.
Asia Pacific Sales leadership position in the Cloud Communications division of NTT (formerly Arkadin). Helping our largest international customers with their cloud communications strategy (Microsoft Skype for Business, Office 365, Cisco CCA, Video bridging...). Business Development & Account Management resulting in 19% growth year on year at 11 million USD: Business strategy, sales pitch, RFP/bid management, pricing, Master Agreement, account planning...). Working closely with local sales directors and managers (Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore...). Promoting our entire portfolio of remote collaboration & communication services in the cloud: Audio, Web and Video Conferencing, Unified Communications and Virtual Events services. Secondary role : Support the launch of Unified Communications with Skype for Business in Asia Pacific with Singapore as the first country: cloud platform deployment with Enterprise Voice (VoIP, Hosted Telephony & Conferencing), sales & marketing readiness, go-to-market, partnership with NTT-Communications.
