• Co-founder, Lead Developer on Mapswipe.org Novel data methods for remote sensing and satellite data labeling during disasters. Humanitarian organizations can't help people if they can't find them, loads of people aren’t even considered on commercial maps. MapSwipe is a mobile app that lets you label satellite imagery to help put the world's most vulnerable people on the map. Now critical infrastructure for disaster response, public health, and more across many of the leading NGOs. Co-founded it with Ivan, completely open source :) • Co-founder, Tech Lead on Project Buendia (open-source MRS for Ebola treatment) Project Buendia is an open-source medical record system designed for relief missions. Co-developed by MSF & Google Crisis Response for the 2014 Ebola epidemic in West Africa. Got to spend some time at Google as part of this (which, at 19 years old, was interesting), who graciously sponsored the project and embedded their own engineers to get it done.
At 14 years old, started the largest RuneScape Private Server in history with 3M accounts and $1M+ annual revenue. I was very upset that they removed the Wilderness and free trading. Learned how to reverse engineer the RuneScape client and build my own server. Ended up running 4 different servers that owned about 60% of the market. We peaked at about 5% of the players online of the actual game.
