Having been most prominently in the role as forecast analyst within the Field Forecasting and Planning team of the Integrated Field Product Planning department within Planning and Delivery of ASML. Also developed myself as a young professional within the S&SC Graduate Acceleration Program. Key achievements and roles: - Designing and maturing the forward looking information flow with the field teams of ASML on spare parts usage, called demand enrichment - Designing and maturing the role of Field Product Planner, who is responsible for deescalating critical volume materials and reducing the demand and supply gaps by sending the right signals to customers and suppliers. - Integrating the tooling which is used to determine the worldwide service stock levels for spare parts.
Designing of a logistic process to free Lake Victoria of the abandoned, lost or otherwise discarded fishing gear for The Lake Victoria Clean Up and creating a recycling scheme to aid the communities.
Informing prospective students about the content of the mechanical engineering study at TU/e. I get a lot of energy from these tasks because I can immediately help in making a decisive choice.
MyFuture is the collective of all TU/e related organizations that organize activities for the development of skills and career orientation of the student. My task is to manage the collective, meaning I am in contact with students from all faculties and have meetings with those responsible within the TU/e. In addition, from this role I set up the proposal “Impulse on career”, in collaboration with the TU/e Executive Board. This proposal includes the firstyear excursion, MyFuture Activities and evaluation question in the master. The proposal is implemented this academic year.
Researching control strategies for automated handling systems. In this research I have developed a new control algorithm for a parcel sorting system of Vanderlande, improving the overall performance. The software used for this research was MATLAB Simulink Stateflow in which Model-based design was applied.
