As a Concert Representative in the Spain area, my obligations are similar to those of a Booking Agent, as I'm contacted to find adequate venue options for different musicians and manage their bookings in said venues, by negotiating rehearsal and concert times, performance fees and terms, and executing contracts for artists, as well as managing the promotion and publicity of their confirmed concerts. As a Tour Manager, or how ACFEA likes to call it, Courier, I am provided a briefing and itinerary of the concert tour and am, from then on, in charge of the orchestra or choir on tour. I travel with the orchestra or choir and make sure all previously arranged commitments are held, I offer my utmost assistance in anything the artists or anyone involved may need, looking after the tour finances, coordinate everyone to be where they are supposed to be, when they are supposed to be—and generally do everything in my power for the concert tour to run smoothly.
In 2022 I was offered the additional position as Assistant Representative for the Spain area, which includes the duties of site inspections and transport, meal and activities bookings, as well as instrument hire and assisting in promo design and strategy.
I had the pleasure of assisting the Barenboim-Said Andalusian Public Foundation team in managing their youth orchestra's Christmas tour in Seville and Almería, conducted by Oksana Lyniv, with Michael Barenboim as their guest soloist.

During the festival I was in charge of overseeing soundchecks, sets, props, stage and call all technical cues during performances.
