Management of manufacturing projects to increase the annual delivery rate of aircraft. Production coordination with AIRBUS GROUP. Close monitoring of aircraft assembly activities and component supply in order to identify quickly possible issues, to promote relevant solutions and negotiate their implementation. Executive reporting for Top Management of ATR and PARTNERS
Management of both specification-to-prototype phase (component characteristics and operational functions) and industrialization for the New Avionics Suite. Coordination of project activities such as delivery of prototypes by THALES; equipment installation into aircraft; ground and flight tests; identification of software issues and negotiation of relevant resolutions; certification tasks; updating of training tools; customer services planning
