The Plastiflex Group (an IK Partners portfolio company) was founded in California in 1953 and is a leading CDMO of consumables for patient-critical Airway and Fluid management applications. Plastiflex generates ca. 200m€ of annual revenues with its 1400 employees based in 12 production facilities and 4 R&D centers across the world.The Plastiflex products are sold to various medical markets (such as sleep, ventilation, aneasthesia, dialysis, IVF or urology) as well as to non-medical markets.
The Solide Group (Solide and DAS brands) is one of the leading manufacturers of aluminium access technology products ( platforms, ladders, scaffolds etc) in the Benelux and France/Switsersland. Production is done in the factory in Belgium with sales to the professionel end users through a distrubution network of specialised dealers
