Currently building WISEPIM enterprise software for E-commerce. Serving distributors and retailers with cutting edge PIM software to expand globally. Over 15 years experience of entrepreneurship within the IT and E-commerce sector and Cloud software. Started with a startup when I was 18. First experience came with building a marketplace for electronics. Soon I found out that creating new technology was much more interesting than running the marketplace. From there Magdeveloper.com was born and Webshopimporter.com both focusing on software integration and Magento e-commerce. We started in 2008 with Magento and from there we focused on drop-shipment integrations. Webshopimporter.com was born and is now selling in countries all over the world. We got awarded with the Shell Livewire Top 20 entrepreneurs in the Netherlands in 2010. I am a very enthusiastic person. I love to connect people with different backgrounds by creating a nice and pleasant work-space. Creating challenges and new innovations are also a key focus within our business. UTwente: I have an academic background. I studied Philosophy of Science and Technology at the University of Twente. The relation between technology and society are keywords within my academic background. What does technology offer for us? Studying emerging technologies and technology vision and new innovations are heavily integrated within this Master. HBO: At the university of Applied Sciences I studied Business Engineering (Technische Bedrijfskunde). Keywords are Scrum, Lean SixSigma, Agile development. I speak Dutch, English, German and a bit French (3 years experience) and Italian (1 year experience)
