• Managed high-volume recruitment for logistics, production and customer service roles, mainly for clients in the pharmaceutical industry and government administration; • Pro-actively sourced and identified talent through (inter)national jobboards; • Performed phone intakes and job interviews with candidates and guide them throughout their candidate journey;

Summer project focused on automating the link between job functions an authorization levels within the hospital. I was responsible for analyzing existing links and defining and applying the correct links between job functions and authorization levels .
