Over the last 30 year I've gained progressive senior finance/CFO experience in electrotechnical/electronics industry, professional services, logistics, construction projects/engineering, renewable and fossil energy industry, food industry. I have built a strong track record in steering global M&A, corporate finance/funding, tax, accounting, controlling, risk management, performance management, digitalisation, procurement, real estate and pension/asset management. My passion is to build teams that deliver great business value and are great teams to work in. Whether through heavy restructuring or abundant business growth: building teams remains the key focus. I am fluent in German and English, native in Dutch. Over the past 15 years I have served on a number of non-executive boards.
