OpenTalent is the Direct Sourcing platform used by companies to attract, attain and pay private communities of top talent. With talent pools for the largest Enterprise clients and fastest growing scale-ups across Europe and the US, OpenTalent grew a community of 45,000 IT & Design freelancers that benefitted from the platform's services, including AI job matching, rewards and perks, and premium offerings. In 2025, the HeadFirst Group acquired OpenTalent.

Services include a comprehensive content catalog, e-commerce integrations, and product information management systems, supporting over 40,000 e-commerce businesses worldwide.
First to market with purpose-built Enterprise tech, Syndy's online platform is used by brands to streamline eCommerce product content delivery to online retailers. One unified digital experience build upon Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) capabilities for brands to deliver the right content to retailers globally, drive data management efficiencies and improve data quality through transparency and insights. Syndy has a strong foothold in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) space with noteworthy global clients including Friesland Campina, Nestle, Reckitt Benckiser, Essity, Pernod Ricard, AbinBev, Unilever, Philips and Amazon.com (Syndy helped launch Amazon in the Benelux). In 2018, Icecat N.V. (NPEX: ICECAT) acquired Syndy.
