Looking back at it, the skill of hospitality is in my nature and truly one of the fundamental qualities that defines my personality. So it's no surprise that I ended up at Lighthouse, one of the leading Belgian tech companies in the international hospitality scene. Helping the team by supporting them on many (office and non-office related) operational levels to be able to become the best professional version of ourselves, that's the goal.
