I continuously optimized the product portfolio for the allnex Radcure Specialties business in Europe, Middle East and Africa region (#EBECRYL and #UCECOAT brand names). I was responsible for the overall portfolio profitability, and assumed a kingpin role to coordinate between the different functions such as sales, operations, supply chain, marketing and finance in order to optimize overall customer satisfaction, sales revenue and company success.
