Pieter Anciaux is Business Unit President for Greater Europe & Middle East at AB InBev, the world’s largest brewer, where he leads operations across 50+ markets and oversees a team of approximately 3,500 employees. He is responsible for driving regional strategy, delivering sustainable volume growth, and expanding market share across a diverse and complex geography. He joined AB InBev in 2013 through the company’s Global Management Trainee program after earning a Master of Laws from KU Leuven. Early in his career, he gained experience across supply chain, finance, and sales roles in the Benelux region, building a strong foundation in both operations and commercial execution.
