As a technical director, Principal Scientist, I'm leading teams in the upstream development and implementation of new technologies to create irresistible superior consumer products across Fabric & Home Care, more specifically Hand Dish and Unit Dose.
As a Group Scientist I expanded my responsibilities to Fabric Care where I led the design of the future of Unit Dose. This expansion grew naturally as I could leverage my experience and skills that I gained as global upstream technology leader for Hand Dish. Given the upstream character of both roles, my passion and knowledge of IP continued to be essential to maximize and sustain the competitive advantage.
As senior R&D manager with passion for IP I led the global upstream technology program for the Hand Dish category. My broadening assignment in Legal enabled be to work better with key strategic suppliers and ensure competitive advantage of newly developed products.
