• 11 Years on Mining projects (CSMEIP) consisting of, sub-stations, change houses, workshops, plants, pollution control dams, and rehabilitation projects consisting of demolishing of civil and mechanical structures and buildings, etc. Compile and setting up WBS Structure for costing purposes. • 5 Years on Architecture and Residential projects, consisting of various Multi-story Houses (277m2 – 580m2), Townhouse complexes, Residential blocks (Multiple stories, 29475m2), Guest House (200m2 – 436m2), multi-story Office Block (1458m2), etc. Government projects consisting of Police Stations, Schools, Community Halls, etc. • 3 Years on Commercial Developments projects consisting of shopping centers (3300m2 – 3816m2) complete with restaurants and Line shops. • 3 Years on Health Facilities consisting of hospitals, clinics, consulting rooms, and theatres. Various alterations and addition projects in existing hospitals and upgrading of existing consulting rooms.
