I'm a physical therapist with over 35 years of experience spanning direct patient care, multi-site clinic operations, private practice ownership, and continuing education. Throughout my career, I've combined a passion for clinical excellence with a deep understanding of business strategy and operational leadership. At one point, I led operations for 47 clinics across four states—overseeing teams, streamlining workflows, and improving both clinical outcomes and financial performance. I’ve also founded and operated my own successful cash-based clinic, giving me hands-on insight into entrepreneurship and the evolving landscape of patient-centered care. For the past decade, I’ve dedicated much of my time to teaching continuing education courses for physical therapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, and athletic trainers—sharing practical knowledge that helps clinicians grow and thrive in their own careers. I’m especially passionate about clinical operations, team development, and driving excellence across every level of care delivery.
