Responsible for the creation & implementation of the Business Group ICT strategy and service delivery of Business Group specific IT services. Managed and executed ICT projects aligned with this strategy, consisting of but not limited to: - Multi-year DSM Resins ERP plan for international roll out of SAP to all business units and across all geographies, accomplishing process harmonization, data harmonization and architectural compliance - Strengthening and improving business process and system ownership through re-establishment of process owners and key users - Centralization Master Data Management at BG level - Definition and implementation detailed plans for global applications and services; workplace, data consolidation, reporting and collaboration; - Global roll out Microsoft Dynamics CRM for all business units and across all DSM Resins geographies.
Responsible for global service delivery of the IT infrastructure services (workplace and network services), global ERP (Quest SAP Competence Centre) and data integration (Webmethods).
Responsible for the definition and implementation of IT demand for the Quest Flavours division; development of the yearly Information Plan in order to realise the Quest strategic and tactical objectives, project initiation and idea creation to increase the added value of data/information for the business and the internal processes.
