Investment Manager of the Lendlease Retail LP, a retail fund with a value of c.£500m. Responsible for operation of the fund including; oversight of the asset management, accounting, treasury, coordination of fund financial information and data, distributions, statutory accounts and financial statements, auditors, tax, valuation analysis and exit preparation. Lead investor relations program including site tours, quarterly meetings & presentations. Main point of contact for LP and consultant enquiries on fund and investment information. Prepared and presented Board and Non-Executive committee documentation, outlining relevant milestones and issues, Fund strategy, scenario analyses and recommended course of action. Lead on the implementation of ESG benchmarking and Responsible Property Investment strategy for the Fund.
Responsible for sourcing, evaluating and purchasing of development and investment opportunities across London and South East. Moved investment focus from prime central London residential to mixed use commercial value add. During my time I acquired four opportunities that met with our targeted hurdle rate of 15% IRR with a GDV of c.£50m. Actively promoted the business and grew contact base across all sectors with the aim of improving coverage and access to deal flow. Initiated a targeted approach to improve the market awareness and company profile by networking across broad contact base. • Disposal of two Prime Central London assets with a value of c.£25m.
