I have more than 30 years of Consulting experience in the fields of Procurement, Contract & Claim Management, Project Management, Supervision and Monitoring, for Public Infrastructures Projects as diverse as Tram Networks, PV Power stations & Ticketing Systems. I am highly experienced in assembling and managing multi-cultural project teams and working in demanding conditions. My experience runs throughout Asia, Europe and Eastern Europe, and includes rail & road Public transports, roads, bridges, water supply systems, water treatment facilities, dams, public buildings, schools and hospitals and power supply & transmission systems. I also have crafted successful training programs on various themes, including seminars on FIDIC Conditions of Contract, conducted in French, English, Russian and Ukrainian languages, which I came to master fluently through my work experience. My work with governments, multilateral banks and finance agencies has made me particularly adept at understanding local, state, national and international laws and regulations, and gave me a global experience, way beyond the field of construction, in politics, diplomacy, finance, etc... Notably, I spent 20 years working on various projects to improve infrastructure in former Soviet republics in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. While there, I gained invaluable knowledge of the work practices and peculiarities of the former Soviet system. I am fluent in English, French, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian and has strong working knowledge of Mongolian. My global experience and language skills make me a good team leader, ensuring that multi-cultural project team members from disparate locations throughout the world work together cohesively.
